Psychotherapy for Young Adults

We help you become clear, balanced & courageous.

Do You Need Help Navigating Changes As A Young Adult?

Perhaps you constantly compare yourself to your friends' accomplishments and feel you are not living up to your fullest potential. You may worry about accomplishing your dreams, making a difference in the world, or finding the right person to spend your life with. Or maybe you are struggling to get out of a toxic or oppressive relationship with your parents but feel guilty for leaving or doing things your own way. Even more challenging, you may feel urges to self-harm or feel helpless dealing with intense emotions from psychological, physical, or sexual traumas.

Claiming your own life and making decisions is understandably stressful. Let us be on your side, working together to explore options and make decisions.

Establish Clarity, Balance, and Courage through guidance in a safe space.

We always value your undiscovered strengths and potential to lead your life. We provide client-centered, trauma-informed therapy with various modalities that suit your needs. We tailor our therapy approaches with systemic, person-in-environment perspectives so you can live in harmony with your surroundings. We aim to help you find your healthy self without adverse reactions to the changes. We provide a safe and supportive environment for you to thrive, and we will embrace and respect you as a whole person regardless of your identity. We are specialized in late teens and young adults' identity & cultural issues and provide individualized care for your unique needs.
